Ringer's Solution is for the isolation and cultivation of susceptible bacteria. It's composition prevents the microorganisms suffering from osmotic shock or being damaged when they are taken out of their usual environment.

Productivity
Incubation Conditions: max. 45 min - 1 hour at 25°C, then transfer on TSA, 40-48h at 37°C; Inoculum Concentration: 104 CFU
